Alexander Colin Simpson - With over six years in the music industry, Alex champions emerging talent through his agency, Braindead Events. He’s booked tours, secured major support slots, and worked on campaigns for The Rubens, Rum Jungle, and Cloud Control. Passionate about mentorship, he uplifts youth voices across music, events, and the creative arts.
Cara Williams is the founder of Slow Clap, a company specialising in artist and campaign management. She manages Gut Health and Georgia Knight, while also leading marketing, content, and strategy for various artists. A mentor, lecturer, and consultant, she helps emerging musicians build impactful campaigns for releases and special projects.
Charlie Mgee is a musician, permaculture advocate, and frontman of Formidable Vegetable. Creating eco-funk for the Anthropocene, he’s performed everywhere from Glastonbury Festival to the United Nations and TEDx. His music blends ecological themes with swing and funk, inspiring audiences worldwide toward sustainability through rhythm, lyrics, and community connection.
Charlotte Le Lievre is a self-managed country-folk artist with a timeless voice and deep emotional resonance. Drawing on early folk and country traditions, her music offers heartfelt storytelling and thoughtful reflections on modern life, blending classic influences with fresh perspectives rooted in tradition and contemporary observations.
Chris Bettiol is a Melbourne-based music professional. General Manager for Calibre Music, Chris plays an integral role in the careers of artists Telenova, ONEFOUR, George Alice, Maina Doe and co-manages a producer roster including Grammy nominees Styalz Fuego and 18YOMAN, along with Edward Quinn and Cam Parkin.
Chris Thompson is a Sydney-based music industry professional with over a decade of experience. Starting as a session and touring bass player, he expanded into artist management while continuing to perform. He currently manages Butter Bath, Neptune, and Hollie Col, combining his deep performance background with strategic career development.
Claire Anne Taylor grew up in Tasmania's ancient Tarkine rainforest, born in a barn and raised with five siblings in a home rich in music and creativity. Her distinctive raspy voice, said to be inspired by Tasmanian Devils beneath the floorboards, has captivated audiences at major festivals and national tours.
Dyan Tai, the self-described Gaysian Empress of Sydney, makes hyperpop fused with Beijing opera and Southeast Asian soundscapes. Named an outstanding BigSound act (NME) and praised by Flume and Rolling Stone, Dyan is celebrated for their sound design, captivating stage presence, and sophisticated pop style that pushes sonic and cultural boundaries.
Felix Parker is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and frontman of Perth alt-rock band Cloning. With millions of streams and three national tours, Cloning has sold out headline shows across Australia. Before music, Felix earned a BA in Philosophy, but his lifelong passion for music ultimately became his true calling and career.
Jamila Grace began managing her artist project GRXCE in 2022, quickly gaining industry recognition. She joined the AIR Women in Music Mentorship, worked with The Terrys and Le Shiv, and now runs No Time To Impress, managing Kitschen Boy and Salary Men, and championing diversity and creative vision in music.
Jeremy Rose is an ARIA award-winning saxophonist and composer celebrated for his melodic gift and musical curiosity. With over 25 albums and international tours, he also founded Earshift Music, which marked 10 years and 100 releases. He’s described as a “pivotal figure” transforming the contemporary jazz scene in Australia.
Jodi Lewis is a Naarm-based artist manager and creative specialist with seven years of experience. Working with CLBR Music Management, she’s played a key role in developing careers for artists like Telenova, KYE, Maina Doe, and George Alice, bringing a passion for artist development and innovative strategies to the music scene.
Jodie Kell is a producer and multi-instrumentalist with a passion for diversity in music. She completed a PhD on gender in the Australian music industry and manages Ripple Effect Band, an all-women rock band from West Arnhem Land, where she also performs as lead guitarist and creative collaborator.
Joe Mungovan - After a skateboard injury left him unable to drum, Joe Mungovan taught himself guitar and developed his signature groove-based indie rock style. Now a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer, his music has received Triple J airplay, Rolling Stone praise, award nominations, and major radio and video support across Australia and beyond.
Joel Tyrrell is a songwriter, producer, and manager based on the NSW South Coast. As a member of Hands Like Houses, he toured globally for over a decade, especially in the US, UK, and Europe. The band has over 250 million streams and continues to build a strong global following.
Josh Terlick is an artist manager, booking agent, and performer from Perth. At Cut Above Collective, he manages Voyager, Alter Boy, and Ullah. Known for his eclectic taste and eye for unique talent, Josh’s lifelong fascination with the Loch Ness Monster mirrors his love of uncovering rare musical gems.
Katy Steele has performed extensively with Little Birdy (2001–2009), her solo project (2009–2024), and again with Little Birdy as of 2024. Her musical journey spans over two decades, showcasing her talent as a singer, songwriter, and performer.
Maeve Grant is a music industry professional with a passion for developing independent artists. Based in Newcastle, she is the local MusicNSW Coordinator and founder of Gumnut Artists, a management and bookings company. Maeve is also a performing musician under the moniker Eliza Eve, bringing artist insight to her work.
Miller Robertson is an AU/NZ artist whose authentic, intimate songwriting has gained wide acclaim. Her latest EP, You Want It Darker, Too?, follows her debut All the Things I Could Never Say, with features in Rolling Stone, Triple J, and more. She continues building a strong following across streaming platforms.
Nat Lingwoodock is a Kungarri, Birri, Kabi Kabi, Byellee, and South Sea Island woman. With a strong background in community engagement and a deep love for hip hop, she proudly manages Bundjalung and South Sea Islander rapper JK-47, advocating for culture, music, and mob across Queensland and beyond.
Nick Bryant-Smith, aka Solo, is the frontman of hip hop group Horrorshow. With six studio albums and countless sold-out tours, he’s built a loyal fanbase. Following the closure of Elefant Traks, Nick has stepped into a new phase of creative independence, self-managing his music and exploring fresh artistic directions.
Oscar Hoare is a Sydney-based artist manager, festival programmer, and touring agent. He manages Zion Garcia, Phoebe Rings, and DJ ealing, and works with Mode Festival, a springtime contemporary music and arts event on Cockatoo Island. His work spans diverse genres and reflects a commitment to artistic innovation and growth.
Rachel Goad is director of Ativa Media, with five years’ experience managing emerging artists across national tours, international showcases, and major label partnerships. She currently represents Kayps, an Indigenous Walmatjarri and Bunuba hip-hop artist, and Wesley Black, helping them build global careers through strategic development and creative support.
Rod Coote is an indie folk artist whose heartfelt songs have surpassed 7 million streams. Based in Melbourne, he’s supported artists like Ziggy Alberts, Pete Murray, and The Dreggs, and toured his own music across Australia, Europe, and the UK, bringing a refreshing presence to the folk and indie scene.
Sarah Belkner is a singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans touring with Tim Minchin, composing for TV, and releasing acclaimed solo albums. With features in Rolling Stone, Offspring, and Double J, she’s known for emotional depth, musical direction, and balancing motherhood while performing and producing across Australia and the UK.
Shauna Upton - Based in the Northern Territory since 2017, Shauna Upton manages Katanga Junior and Leah Flanagan, and works with Barkly Arts and 8CCC Community Radio. Founder of MusicNT’s All Good Project, she’s passionate about creating safer spaces, advocating for women in music, and amplifying the voices of underrepresented artists and communities.
Summer King is a multidisciplinary creative and artist manager. Since 2019, she’s managed psych-pop artist Sycco as manager and creative director, while also representing Oscar Sharah and Mel Blue. Her focus on strong visual storytelling, release strategy, and holistic artist development is central to her work and her growing roster.
Tani Webb began performing at seven and achieved national success by 19 in PNG. After mentoring in NYC with Grammy-winner Lonnie Plaxico, she co-founded First Nations Focus. Since 2021, she’s managed FLEWNT and INKABEE, launching Boorloo Block Party and securing international bookings, partnerships, and mainstream recognition for Indigenous artists.
Tayla Carlaw - Based on Kaurna Land, Tayla Carlaw is an artist manager and founder of Pretty Good Thanks. She manages Eliza Hull, MANE, and Naomi Keyte and runs Queer Club, a community event supporting queer creatives. Tayla’s approach is collaborative and thoughtful, with a strong focus on representation, community, and artistic vision.
Taylor James is an experienced artist manager who’s worked with Hilltop Hoods, A.B. Original, and Pete Murray. At Lemon Tree Music, she manages South Summit and Battlesnake. She’s focused on long-term growth, helping artists connect globally through strategy, creative support, and building sustainable careers in the Australian and international music industry.
Tom Mahler is a passionate musician from Darkinjung Country, performing in The Moving Stills and Lipstick Palms. Deeply invested in the creative process, he pushes boundaries through songwriting, performance, and production, constantly working to elevate his craft and support collaborative projects that resonate with both audiences and the broader music community.
Tom Richardson is the founder of Find Your Voice Collective, which supports disabled regional artists across music, theatre, and visual art. With performances at major festivals and over 70 million online views, FYVC collaborates with artists like The Wiggles and Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, aiming to elevate disabled voices internationally.
Tyler McLoughlan manages Bobby Alu, designing a 50-date, milk-sponsored Breakfast Tour that topped AIR and ARIA charts. She’s also a music supervisor and sync licensing expert, passionate about copyright education and helping independent artists explore innovative income streams while building sustainable, global careers in the ever-evolving music industry.
